Bulk One Day Officials Licence

This licence is designed to be purchased by venues to cover track officials who may change from time to time, and who don’t have an annual $30 Officials licence.

Each licence costs $15 per night, and is valid for the date stated on the form only. A two-day meeting requires two payments. It provides personal accident insurance cover, in accordance with this schedule of benefits (800KB pdf).

When you complete the form and pay for the licences, a pdf will be generated and emailed that mirrors the spreadsheet that tracks receive when they contact the office directly. This is how you identify the officials who are utilising this service, and sign them into the scheme.
